Eugenia Zandona Ph. D.,
State University of Rio de Janeiro, Brazil

I completed my undergraduate studies at the University of Padua (Italy) and earned my PhD from Drexel University (USA). My research encompasses a broad interest in freshwater ecosystem ecology and the evolutionary ecology of poeciliids. More recently, she has been investigating the adaptation of invasive guppies to urban ecosystems and exploring the reproductive strategies of the matrotrophic species of the Genus Phalloceros.
In addition, I am dedicated to fostering inclusivity within academia, particularly for women, mothers, and other underrepresented groups.

My recent work has focused on measuring the intensity of selection and comparing it between.
